Victor: Passed away on July 23, 2020 at age 86. He was predeceased by his son, Steven and brother, Richard. Survived by his wife of 66 years, Mary Lou (Anderson) Garlock; children, Patty (William) Slocum, Rich (Maria) Garlock, Gary (Michelle) Garlock, John (Kim) Garlock; grandchildren; brother, Robert Garlock; sister, Lois (James) Cross, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Family and friends are invited to call at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services of Victor, Inc. (301 West Main Street – Victor, NY 14564) on WEDNESDAY (7/29/20) from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Service and interment private.
