I had the pleasure of working with Dale as a business partner for Kodak starting in the 1990s. As an IT professional he managed the relationship with our company with the utmost integrity. More importantly he helped create an partnership that allowed for mutual success, learning and continuous improvement for Kodak and our organization. He demonstrated his commitment to our community thru the United Way and SCORE. His greatest gift was the friendship that he showed to me. God bless. Jim Stefano

Dale and I worked together for many years at Kodak in both Copy Products and Worldwide Information Systems. I admired him immensely, not just for his intelligence and dedication, but also for his love of family and community. I was shocked and saddened when I learned of his diagnosis of ALS and more so at his passing. It is so hard to lose a contemporary and friend. RIP, Dale!

I met Dale while volunteering for EKRA. He was a great asset to the team. He was the first one to arrive at team meetings and always had a smile for everyone. In watching his memorial video, one can see that he was a kind and gentle man. I am honored that I got to work with him on EKRA.

I knew Dale slightly at Kodak but got to know him better through our "monthly retiree breakfasts". I always think of him with a smile on his face and talking about his latest gadgetry. He was a genuinely good, caring, and gracious man. I feel blessed to have known him. The retiree gang will miss him very much. Breakfast won't be the same without him.

I met Dale through SCORE. He was a great mentor to myself and many others, always there helping me with technical issues, helping me on-board new members and more. Our SCORE chapter is a better place because of him, and I am very lucky to have met him and call him a friend.

Dale impacted the lives of so many people. He is missed by many as a community leader, a supporter and a friend. I personally knew Dale through SCORE and saw his dedication with the community first hand. He was always innovating, thought provoking, and leading by example. As a SCORE staff member, Dale was a mentor and a confidant for me. I can tell you that his positive actions had a ripple effect throughout our organization. I am a better person, and SCORE is a better organization, for knowing Dale.
I send my thoughts to your family during this difficult time. Thank you for sharing Dale with us.
