Ellen “Jane” Fisher Gray

July 18,1934 – March 14, 2020

Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Loving Wife

Jane was born to Adrian Clyde Fisher and Harriett Evelyn Hunt Fisher. She is survived by her husband Oliver “Pete” Gray. Daughter – Suzanne C. Gray Rioch (Jonathan Rioch), Grandchildren - Benjamin J. , Sara Jane and David P. Viruso, (Adam and Charles Rioch). Son – Eric J. Gray (Susan L. Bohlmann Gray), Grandchildren – Shanon , Andrew, Kaci, Natalie and Jonathan Gray. Jane’s Brother – Carl Fisher (Kathryn Barrows-Fisher), Nieces – Achsa Nuckols and Kathryn A. Fisher.

Jane graduated from Canandaigua Academy, NY in 1952. She went on to graduate from Rochester Business School and she was a member of St. John’s Episcopalian Church on Main Street and later worshiped at Calvary Chapel of Farmington. She worked at Clifton Springs Hospital and for Doctor Douglas of Genesee Hospital as a medical assistant. Jane also worked at Rochester Community Savings Bank as a Customer Service Presentative.

Jane was skillful at finance and the stock market. She always had a kind word for everyone with a quick whit and a good sense of humor. My mom, my best friend, loved all her people with her whole heart. She is greatly loved and will always be missed.

Services will be held when her Grandchildren can travel safely.
