Obituary of Sandra K. Ayers

Sandra K. (Funk) (Briggs) Ayers

January 22, 2020 at age 74. 

 

Predeceased by husbands, Raymond Briggs (1982) and Richard Ayers (2019). 

 

She is survived by daughters, Sharlette Yost, Marcia Hill and Wanda Briggs; step-daughters, Michelle (Steve) Dugan, Donna (Duane) Stevenson and Teresa (Mike) Sweet; 6 grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Martin “Mickey” (Alice) Funk and Victor (Gail) Funk; sister, Wanda (Kenneth) Hollamby; brothers-in-law, Charles "Bud" (Bonnie) Ayers, Paul (Pauline) Briggs and James Briggs; sisters-in-law Renate (Ronald-dec’d) Briggs and Cheryl Ayers; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

 

Though family paths may have diverged over time, she always held everyone dear to her heart.

 

An informal gathering will be scheduled in the Spring, for family and friends to celebrate her life.
