Gillis, Eugene A. "Gene" "Beano" Victor: Thursday, May 27, 2010, at age 74. Gene is survived by his wife, Kathryn Kaveny Gillis; daughters and sons-in-law, Marlene and Thomas Mazzeo, Dr. Amy and Craig Fanning; grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia and William; brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Richard and Carol Gillis; nephew, Peter and Bobbe Gillis; great niece, Mandy; great nephew, Stanley; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Kenneth Waters; niece, Leslie and Michael VanAken; great niece, Kelsey; sister-in-law, Barbara Kaveny; several cousins. A celebration of Gene's life will begin Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock at the Funeral Home followed by interment in South Perinton Cemetery.
