Mary F. Glatz

Victor: on April 13 at age 98. Mary Glatz, of Rochester, N.Y., graduated from Marquette University in 1942 with a degree in Journalism. She retired after a long career working in data processing at Kodak Office. Her love of writing resulted in many books read and crosswords completed. She enjoyed her Garden Club and time with family, friends and travel.

She is survived by her dear sister, Genevieve; nieces and nephews, in particular Barbara (Cotton) and JoAnn (Shepard) and their spouses Terry and Tom; grand nieces and nephews, in particular Brady and Jessica, with whom she spent much time.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Church (26 Mendon-Ionia Rd., Mendon, NY 14506) on Friday, April 20 at 10 a.m., Fr. Rob Bourcy presiding. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Peter’s Kitchen (681 Brown St., Rochester, NY, 14611) in her memory.
