Harter, Phyllis A. (Fox) Hilton: beloved wife, mother and grandmother on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at age 72. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Richard L. Harter; children, Debra (Roger) Weicht, Judy (Howard) Newton, Donald (June) Harter; siblings, Louise (Thomas) Palmer, Larry (Pauline) Fox; 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
