Obituary of Frank A. Tambe

Frank Tambe, born February 19, 1945 in Rochester, NY.  Pre-deceased by his parents Dorothy and Angelo Tambe, also of Rochester.

Frank passed away on March 29, 2019 in Jupiter, Florida surrounded by his loving wife Margo, of 52 years, and his daughters, Renee Tambe and Nicole Sayers and his Brother, Michael Tambe and sister in law Connie.  Frank’s brother Mike, was and always will be one of his most cherished friendships. They were not just brothers, they were best friends. His sister Donna, and husband Michael Molinari while living in Arizona, shared a very similar bond.

His passing was too soon for all that loved him, but it was peaceful and in God’s hands.   He was a father of three children. Mark (Melissa), Renee, Nicole (Kyle). He is survived by 7 grandchildren, Alexis, Paige, Ryan, Andre, Marcus, June, Ford, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank was a successful business man and entrepreneur in the Sheet Metal & HVAC Industry for over 30 years.  He took great pride in teaching the skills of the trade to many young men, who fondly recall and speak highly of him, not only as a person, but as a mentor and friend.

Frank met his wife to be while attending Monroe Community College right after graduating from East High, He found his interest and niche in the HVAC program, and after a period of apprenticeship and life experiences, he courageously branched out on his own.  He started as a one man operation in a 2 car garage in the city of Rochester, and his drive and passion led him to much more.  Since the 1980’s Tambe Metal Products was an industry leader with many exclusive rights to manufacturing products in the Northeast.

His most recent years were enjoyed in Jupiter, Florida enjoying beautiful weather, the ocean and relaxing in retirement after a lifetime of hard work and endeavors.  He was a leader and man of honor and integrity.

His free time was spent with family and friends on Canandaigua Lake.  He loved the sunshine, boating, sunsets and the lakes beautiful surroundings. Most recently his days and nights were spent enjoying the same in Jupiter, Florida.

He adored the Holidays and loved to invite groups of people together.  It was not uncommon if he knew someone was alone on a holiday for him to graciously welcome them to join us, whether he just met them or they were life-long friends.  Because of his charisma and graciousness, Frank will be remembered fondly and missed by everyone whose life he touched.
