Obituary of Eleanor M. Easton

Eleanor was born April 6, 1931 in Corning, NY.

She was predeceased by parents, Herman and Helen Button; sisters, Carol Marshall and Grace Johnson; son-in-law, Robert Rought; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ronald and Jenny Easton. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Harry Easton; son, David Easton; daughter, Deborah Easton Rought; grandchildren, Ashley (Kyle) Easton Baker and David (Paula) Easton II; great-grandchildren, Aurora and Adelaide Easton and Olivia Baker; brother-in-law, Howard Marshall and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

After graduating from Corning Free Academy, she worked at Lincoln Rochester Trust Co. She also worked as a secretary at Bucknell University, American Car & Foundry, Eastman Kodak and Ace Swimserv. She was a secretary at Chili Baptist Church for 18 years.

After retirement she enjoyed her time at Waneta Lake, winters in Florida and many years of round and square dancing.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on MONDAY, March 18 at First United Methodist Church, 100 N Main St, Canandaigua.
