Obituary of Robert J. Przepiora, Jr.
Born on November 24, 1958, Bob passed away at his home on September 12, 2018 at age 59. Predeceased by his father-in-Law, James Rice. Survived by his loving family, wife, Karen; children, Casey (Mike) Dietz, Corey, Alyson and Mathew; granddaughters, Leanna and Cora Dietz; parents, Joan and Robert Przepiora Sr; siblings, Joleen Maltman, Lori Cougle, Chris (Marisa) Przepiora; nieces & nephews, Melissa (Will), Hayley and Hannah McPherson, Bradley Maltman, Zachary and Joshua Cougle; mother-in-law, Jean Rice; sister-in-Law, Linda Rice; many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Bob was born in Buffalo and moved to Victor with his parents and sisters when he was a young boy. He graduated from VCS in 1977. Bob and Karen have been married for 21 years and built their current home in Victor 17 years ago where they raised their four children. Bob and his family made Victor their home.
Bob spent most of his life working very hard and when he wasn’t working he enjoyed so many simple things in life. He loved a good card game, a great steak dinner, a strong vodka cocktail and anything outdoors – fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, boating, 4 wheeling and always loved a good bonfire.
He adored his family and many, many weekends were spent with family doing all the above things he loved to do. Bob worked with his father and brother in the family business for many years. He followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the Victor Central School District as a bus driver. Most recently, Bob worked at the Victor Central Schools as a Sr. Maintenance Mechanic. He enjoyed remodeling and was the jack of all trades – except computers and technology. Bob was an avid hunter and outdoorsman with a passion that he shared with both his sons, cousins and many friends. A weekend at the Cabin was the best weekend that he could imagine.
Family and friends are invited to call SUNDAY, 12-5 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services of Victor (301 W. Main St, Victor, NY 14564). Bob's funeral Mass will be celebrated, MONDAY, 10 AM at St. Patrick Church (115 Maple Street, Victor, NY 14564). Interment private.
