Marion P. "Mario" Carruba

Victor - At the age of 87, passed away on Saturday, March 17th 2018.

This kind & gentle man is pre-deceased by his parents Carmello & Catena Carruba, brothers, Phillip and Angelo Carruba and sisters, Rose Carruba, Virginia Gallo and Ida Sackett, daughter Diane Carruba-Larsen and the mother of his children Shirley Carruba. He is survived by his 4 children, Jan Marie (Gary) Veomett of Farmington, NY; Carmine (Marivic) Carruba of Canandaigua, NY; Suzanne (Gordon) Cummings II of Clifton Springs, NY; and Catina (Brian) Hoak of Brockport, NY; 17 grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Patrick, Casten, Amber, Cami, Brooke, Colter, Kara, Christen, Kaitlin, Corey, Gordie, Amanda, Kailie, Erich and Kyle; 19 great grandchildren, Allie, Ryan, Jaxon, Parker, Olivia, Adelin, Aspen, Taylor, Drew, Sarah, Connor, Evanna, Paxton, Colby, Lydia, Benjamin, Brayden, Oliver and Zera; special friend Sandra Geiger and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Mario was a member of the Italian American Club of Victor, James Cooke Post 931- American Legion, and Served in the US Army 1951-1953 in Angsburg, Germany. 

Friends and family may call FRIDAY from 4-7 at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 301 W. Main St., Victor, NY. Mario's Funeral Mass will be held 10 AM SATURDAY in St. Patrick's Church Victor. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
