Herbert C. Ferguson

Victor, New York, passed away on January 14, 2018 at age 96.  He was predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Gertrude S. Ferguson; brother, Edward Ferguson.

He is survived by his children, Linda (Dale) Dewey, James (Barbara) Ferguson; grandchildren, Amber (Louis Tremante) Dewey, Robin Dewey, Beth (Jim) Harsh, Dawn Ferguson, Kevin (Tiffany) Ferguson, Faith (Travis) LaVarnway; great-grandchildren, Ari Dewey, Paul Tremante, McKayla Ferguson, Brody Ferguson, Abigayl Ferguson, Maya Harsh, Liam LaVarnway, Riley LaVarnway; sister-in-law, Nancy Tichenor; nieces, nephews and friends.

Herbert was an Air Force Veteran, serving in both World War II and Korea, he retired from Eastman Kodak Co., after 44 years of service.  He was a life-long member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Canandaigua, a member of the Masonic Lodge and American Legion, James Cooke Post 931 of Victor. 

Services and Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Honor Flight Rochester, PO Box 23581, Rochester, NY 14692 or the Canandaigua VA Voluntary Service, Attn: Robin Johnson, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424 in his memory.
